Energy Meter with Loxone DI

Good evening,

I plan to have an energy meter with impulsions connected to the Loxone DI extension. The energy meter sends an impulsion for every Kw consumed, the DI, connected to this meter, would count and translate that to consumption in the Lox system.

Let me know if this is something that would work as is.

Yes it will work, the energy meter object in loxone config can also operate on impulses. Of course this is not the most precise way, you can get a much better overview with an analog meter which will also send the total consumption (and usually tons of other useful data)
