I would like to ask the community to solve a problem that I encounter with my intercom gen 2, for a few weeks I am no longer able to receive the audio and video of the intercom when I am not on the local network of my home. When I connect to my wifi I connect to the application and the intercom works very well, but if I switch to 4 G , I can see in the application that the intercom is available, I click on it but no video or audio appears.
I suspect a problem with my ISP (SFR i a m french user), but without certainty.
