[How-To] Integration of Bosch Home Connect washer & dryer with Loxone

Hallo Amigos,

Ich habe Loxwiki eine ziemlich detailliertes Tutorial zur Integration einer Bosch-Waschmaschine und eines Bosch-Trockners in Loxone hinzugefügt.
Das Tutorial ist auf Englisch, da ich noch Deutsch lerne.
Aber mit dem österreichischen System und der deutschen Waschmaschine habe ich keine Wahl

I have added to LoxWiki a fairly detailed tutorial of integrating a Bosch washing machine and dryer with Loxone.
Images are with mixed English & Polish - sorry for that (I use Config in English but Loxone app in Polish).

Wow, nice. I 've also bouhgt a series 8 dryer and try to integrate it into Loxone via IObroker.
How do you solve the issue that if the dryer is powered off the wlan communication gets broken? In HomeConnect the dryer stucks at "ready" and e.g. doorstate "open" even if it is switched off and the door is closed again.

Did your dryer not cut the wlan connections once you press the power button? If you do not, a flashlight will continuesly blink if it is in "warm standby" according to the documentation.

Why would you power it off? I believe Standby mode (with blinking led) is just a normal mode when the appliance is not being used. I suppose its similar to a TV in standby mode. I haven't measured power usage of Bosch dryer in that Standby mode but I believe it is minimal

I don't care about power consumption in standby mode. I care about my wife as she thinks if i do not power off the appliance it is not off
