Ich habe mich - nachdem wir dieses Jahr einen neuen Vollwärmeschutz montiert haben - in den letzten Tagen wieder neu mit dem Heizungsmischer-Baustein beschäftigt.

In diesem Wiki-Artikel habe ich meine Best Practices zum Einstellen des Heizungsmischers für mich und die Nachwelt dokumentiert:

Auch wenn sich nicht jedes Heizsystem gleich verhält, sind vielleicht ein paar Anregungen für jeden dabei.

you can make this a little easier by using the loggin in loxone config


create the virtual inputs to adjust Kp and Ki per manifold as above
subtract the target from the measured temperature - this gives you overshoot and undershoot, and attach the result to a virtual state
make sure the virtual inputs and virtual state are visible
set the update period for the mixing valve controller, temperature sensor and logging of virtual state are very short eg every minute

on the attached log you can see the under-temperature (no heat demand, manifold cooling naturally, then a quick jump to the target temperature and very mild adjustments around the set point

the results vary massively between manifolds - on mine the Kp vary between 0.8 and 7, the Ki between 0.005 and 0.015
