I have a IP camera setup however it only allows one MJPEG stream,The problem is when i open up the camera in the APP and then close the camera it does not end the stream therefore when i click back on the camera it does not connect,Is there any way around this as to get the stream working again I have to close the app completely thus ending the stream

Typically MJPEG streams are send over HTTP, so its TCP. If your App does not release this TCP stream, you may only close the app to stop this stream. Of course, you may also use a different app or ask the developer to fix the bug in the app, but I guess that these options may not be realistic.
So the only option that I see is to use a a device in the middle that is able to receive the stream from the camera and does not have the restriction of a single stream.
