Könnte mir folgendes Beispiel vorstellen:
NFC Tag im Auto um das Garagentor zu öffnen.

Wäre doch möglich oder?

One problem with that: phone has to be connected to the network. If you use wifi, you need to have connection to your home wifi first. If you use some 3G/LTE connection, you can accidentally open your garage door from everywhere if you read the tag...

On the Loxone demo, they put the tag near the garage. The benefit if tag compared to a button is that, while anyone can press a button, only your phone will open the garage door. So as such it serves as a means for authentication: anyone can read the tag, but they cannot perform the action.

Inside, the benefit of a tag is that you don't need any wiring, but the downside is that it is dumber than a switch: as I understand, having a toggle function is already an issue, and any functionality you want to attach to the tag has to be visible in the user interface (ok, they can be on a separate page). And has to be programmed on the phone. I was thinking of a tag under the coverplate of my lightswitches, to tell the system I'm in the room (adjust thermostat). A tag on the night table to switch off all the lights, a tag near the couch in the living room to set everything to watch tv, one in the kitchen to start music, ... and one near the door to switch off all the lights (it would serve as a reminder to take my phone, which I tend to forget).

I started reading up on the tags, and while it looks very powerful, you need the habit of carrying your phone everywhere. At the moment, I don't have that habit (it is usually lying on some table at home somewhere). So in that sense, I understand Christian's comment that a switch is easier. The functionality is nice in theory, but usage patterns will have to show if it works in practice.

Small question...
Is it possible to combine reactions in multiple applications from a single NFC tag? E.g. do something with Loxone + do something in the phone (from a different app)? Or is the NFC reading exclusive to one app at a time?

Usually the tag contains an URL that is called by the phone.
Before, the App registers the type so the phone sends the URL to the registered App.

Was mir noch aufgefallen ist: Also, wenn man die APP nicht geöffnet hat und aus dem aktivierten Sperrbildschirm den NFC Tag berührt, dann sendet der NFC Tag wohl nur den Befehl zum öffnen der APP, der Befehl wird bei mir NICHT ausgeführt. Erst eine Zweite Berührung mit dem NFC Tag führt den Befehl aus. Ist das normal???
Das macht für mich leider dann gar keinen Sinn mehr. Ist ja noch umständlicher.

Hehe, genau die nutze ich auch, nur in der 25mm-Version. Denke die Hauptsache ist es, dass sie mind. 888 Byte haben wie auch die von Loxone.

Die hatte ich auch bestellt, geliefert wurden aber aus Versehen die falschen. Mit den NTAG216/888 Bytes funktionierts bestens!

Welche Erfahrungen habt ihr mit Smart Lock? Ist das nicht ein bischen umständlich den Tag zu berühren, um dann den Sperrbildschirm wegzuwischen?

Komfortabel wäre, wenn der Befehl auch im gesperrten Zustand gesendet würde (ist ja ein vertrauenswürdiges Gerät/Tag).

Hallo . . Bei mir funktioniert es aus dem sperr Bildschirm . . Samsung S6 . . Ohne Probleme . . . Die loxone Steuerung die auf den Tag geschrieben wird ist nur ein einfacher link . . Ihr müsst euch mal nfc Tool laden und einen beschriebenen Tag aus lesen . . Das ausgelesene dann mal im Browser auf einem Android Gerät öffnen . . So könnt ihr euch auch kurz befehle via link auf euer Gerät legen . .
