IRC HC1 Output clocking from 6 to 10 at about 1Hz

At the end of my Comfort time schedule (so Input C pass from ON to OFF), I still have the HC1 Output clocking between 6 and 10 continuously... producing an audible noise from the Valve actuators !

At the moment I've adapted the Valve Tree scaling factor to work in a way where with a command of just 5 it will reach 100 anyway, to prevent the valve to brake !

I've attached the configuration of this IRC in normal working schedule, cannot download mp4 video to show you the clicking.
