Modbus TCP - Nibe fällt nach ein paar Stunden aus

Hallo,

hab seit ein paar Tagen (1-2 Wochen) das Phänomen, dass die Modbus-TCP Verbindung zu meiner Nibe 1155 abreisst. (WLAN verbindung steht, auch der Nibe uplink bekommt Daten)
Ging jetzt eigentlich ohne Probleme (ca. 2 Monate)
Miniserver wurde schon vor einiger Zeit upgedated. (ist neuester Stand)
Wärmepumpe bekam vor kurzem neue Software. (2.17.5)
Daher dachte ich auch es liegt an der Pumpe.

Nach einem Neustart der WP funktionierts wieder für 2-4h. dann reissts wieder ab.

Nun bin ich mir aber gar nicht mehr sicher, ob es an der WP liegt, denn ein Neustart des Miniservers behebt das Problem auch kurzfristig.
Und nach einem Abriss kann ich noch per Modbus Client vom PC eine Verbindung zur Pumpe herstellen.

Hat jemand eine Idee?

Hi,

This is a known problem with Nibe since software version 2.16.10 see https://www.energiesparhaus.at/forum...r-gewagt/71391 for more complaints. I've also raised the issue with Nibe here in the Netherlands, but they don't believe me. The only way to fix the issue is to go back to a stable version where the modbus connection still works. For me that was version 2.15.9. In the manual you can find how to go back to a previous version. If it doesn't work, I still have version 2.15.9 which you can put on a USB.
Please also send an email to your Nibe heat pump supplier so that they can also raise the issue with Nibe. Hopefully with enough complaints they will fix this faster.

problem seems still to be the combination of loxone and nibe.
users report Modbus TCP working fine with non-loxone setups as far as i can see.

That's very strange that only Loxone would have an issue with this. I never had issues with version 2.15.9 of the Nibe software and both versions after that I keep losing connection. For me this is an indication that Nibe have made changes that breaks the connection.

I have also this experience. Also the new Version 2.18.5 does not solve the problem.
I have a Nibe VVM s320 with f2120.

Hallo, hatte auch das Problem. Seit ich für die Wärmepumpe (S1155) eine fixe IP hinterlegt habe gibts keine Abbrüche mehr. (statische Einstellung in der WP-Konfig)
Abbruch passierte öfters, wenn die DHCP lease erneuert wurde.
Vielleicht hilfts.

Ja, die Version ist bei mir auch im Einsatz. Hab auch in der Konfig viel mit den Time-Out Parametern herumgespielt vorher. Aber mein Eindruck war, dass die Abbrüche erst mit der statischen IP aufgehört haben. Hatte ähnliche Probleme mit einem raspi, welche ich mit statischer IP lösen konnte. Vermute, dass mein Router (Mikrotik) einfach Probleme mit DHCP hat, im Zusammenhang mit meinen Netzwerkkomponenten.

Die neue Software 2.19.4 scheint das Problem nun endlich gelöst zu haben. Modbus läuft nun wieder stabil
