Microsoft Teams integration

I would like to create an integration between Loxone and Microsoft Teams.
What I would like to have is that when I get a call via Teams that the music in the office automatically turns off.
And also automatically turn on again after the meeting. Has somebody already made a connection like that?

I control the volume for the office over the loxone music server with my notebook. With an shortcut i can turn volume louder and quiter. That tooks less than 1 second.
