Loxberry UI requests

Hello

I was not sure where to put these requests for feedback, so I hope this is the right place.

1. Have a Login page for loxberry instead of the browser dialog so password managers can autofill the pass
2. The submenu on MQTT Gateway to always show as there is no submenu for the other tabs and it takes so little space anyway

We will not create an own login page. Reason is security and the needed possibility to login automatically by HTTP Outputs and from scripts like
