Hello Gentlemens,

My Loxone SD card died some time ago. I used old 2GB SD card and everything was fine. I buy new ADATA Premier MicroSDHC 16GB UHS-I U3 Class 10 yesterday. I made backup config file and then format new SD card 16GB with last back up through Loxone Config (9.0.9.26). Miniserver bootup with new SD card, but Extension stay flashing orange. When I tried Load config from Miniserver I get and error message that "Project downloaded from server contains error". Where could be problem?

try formatti
ng the card again - check its fat32 formatted.

Yes, SD card is FAT32 formatted.

Not every SD card is compatible with the Loxone MS. The Loxwiki might give you an indication which SD cards have been tested by other users: http://www.loxwiki.eu/display/LOX/Micro-SD+Karten I'm not sure if U3 is supported at all. I would rather try to get an industrial card like ADATA IDU3A-008GM SD-Karte 8 GB or the original card from Loxone. If you don't buy the original card from Loxone, it's your risk if the card does not work properly.

I bought ADATA IDU3A-008GM but result is the same :-( . Miniserver boot up, extension stay flashing orange and when I download project get error message. Any idea where is problem? Thx Václav

I tried format SD card with "SD Card formater" without luck. I did clone of 2GB SD card to 16GB SD card with HDDRawCopyTool and this is works. That means there is 2GB partition on 16GB SD card. So where is problem? Why it does not work with Loxone Config format?

So I find there is problem in Loxone MS or Config. If the memory card is bigger than 4GB there is problem with filesystem. The end of ech file has error letters. See attachment.

Success with a Samsung microSD 2GB; I first Quick formatted the SD card from Windows 10 as "FAT (Default)" with an empty Volume label;
then in Loxone Config (v10.3.11.27) I clicked on SD card, created a new backup, then selected my newly formatted sd card at the left, and clicked the "Format" button.
