Alternative Power Meter

Hello,
I'm searching an alternative to the loxone power meter... I think it's overly expensive to buy modbus+powermeter for this solution.
Do you have some alternatives?

I've not thinked about this.
I want to measure the power I absorb from the network to understand if I can turn something on and have a better power utilization.
The inverter will be a Fronius so I think I already have the power I produce.

Have you considered the Fronius Smart Meter? Given that the inverter will be a Fronius, it makes it a very easy decision.

The integration of the Fronius inverter/Smartmeter with Loxone is well documented in this forum.

Maybe you can look for a second hand schneider iem series? Sometimes you can find these for 50 dollar on ebay. Uses the rs485 connection. There is a xml file on this forum.
