    Valve actuator off-line: how to get on-line?

    So I'm completely new to Loxone. To try it out, I bought a Miniserver Go and two Valve Actuator Air.
    Setting it up is hard, because there's nowhere an A-Z guideline about the approach, only examples that must be reverse engineered or specific and topical explanations. I suppose the only solution is to spend hours in trial and error, or registering for one of the Loxone trainings (involving days off etc... :-( )

    But besides even the configuration, the two Valves areoff line and seem to remain so. How can these be put online again?

    - They are both paired in Air Device Search;
    - In Miniserver Device Status, they are red, offline, one with a green version 10.0.9.18, 5 bar signal (it is 4 meter from the Miniserver), 100% battery; the other one shows a red version 9.0.10.10, a 2-bar signal and 0% battery although I changed them already for new batteries (and again, it was paired with the Go, and if there was really 0% battery, there would not be a 2-bar signal).
    - The Air Base extension of the Go is online, green;
    - The monitor tab does not show any traffic to or from these two valves

    So is it kind of 'normal' that these go and remain off line? What can be done about this?s
