Dali ledspots glowing in the dark when turned off by DALI extension

I have a Loxone Dali Extension with DALI drivers, and several ledmodules connected to them.
When the driver is turned off (so dimming to 0%) the ledmodules are still glowing lightly in the dark.
Is someone familiar with this issue, and more important, has a solution for it?
It seems to be a leaking current causing the glow, or a possible faulty setting in Loxone ? .

Why is the physical minimum setting for a Dali driver in Loxone set at 5,688 ?
