Can I use the Air extension in reverse? (Connect to other bus devices)

I think the answer to this will be no, but i'd like to check!

I have a Miniserver V1, with the Air extension - this then links to Air devices like the PIR, Air switches etc.
Question is, can I use the Air extension in reverse?
So a 2nd Air extension, but linked via the bus interface say to the relay or dimmer extension?
Like this:
The --- represents cabled bus links and the <<<>>> is the Air to Air link

Miniserver---Air<<<< >>>> Air----relay extension

I know there is the multi extension Air, but it isn't really quite what I want!

You mean

Miniserver - Loxlink to the AirBase Ext - AirBase Ext transmit to another AirBase Ext - from this 2nd AirBase Ext you can go back to
the Loxlink and on this Loxlink you can connect the Relay Ext?

Right?

Thanks, I was expecting someone to say it would not work, it's a shame because the AirBase is pretty cheap (£100 or so) and a lot less hassle than lifting floors!
