I can't seem to wrap my mind around it, but I finally succeeded in integrating my Doorbird D101 with Loxone as a custom Intercom, all is working well and excellent internally. But when I am located outside of my home (network) the Doorbird isn't allowing me to connect with audio.
Now how my D101 is set up is to use a 3CX account that I've provisioned in my 3CX PBX, internally this is working great. The latest firmware of Doorbird allows you to now finally use the authhentication-ID instead of the extension-ID.
My Loxone shows
- video and audio internally
- video only externally, audio not working
But I keep receiving a 407 error in the Loxone app which would mean Error 407 Proxy Authentication Required – Request needs user's authentication.
Any ideas on how to get it working?
