    Doorbird Loxone integration working but no external audio through 3CX PBX

    Hi,

    I can't seem to wrap my mind around it, but I finally succeeded in integrating my Doorbird D101 with Loxone as a custom Intercom, all is working well and excellent internally. But when I am located outside of my home (network) the Doorbird isn't allowing me to connect with audio.

    Now how my D101 is set up is to use a 3CX account that I've provisioned in my 3CX PBX, internally this is working great. The latest firmware of Doorbird allows you to now finally use the authhentication-ID instead of the extension-ID.

    My Loxone shows
    1. video and audio internally
    2. video only externally, audio not working
    My Loxone intercom settings are set to both my 3CX extension.
    But I keep receiving a 407 error in the Loxone app which would mean Error 407 Proxy Authentication Required – Request needs user's authentication.​

    Any ideas on how to get it working?

      Never found a solution, might simply not be possible.
