Loxone Doorbell lag

Hello,
I'm in house (connected via WLan) my doorbell (Miniserver gen2, loxone intercom) has a 10-15second delay on the handy to notify when pressed. When connected via Mobile Data/ Internet the handy will notify instantly without delay.
Wonder what causes this... Any ideas?

Same here. I was using my normal modem, then the notification came in reasonable time. Now im using Unifi Dream Machine Pro, and the notification comes way slower.
