Hello,
Ive found this device from "sonoff" based on ESP8266 chip - means u can control it via wifi (app on mobile).
There is some app with UI ready - but with some FW flash you can modify it and then when u have API via u can talk to the device , you should be able to attach it into Loxone.

But you can order it also from China for 12e
Also with power consumption version:
There are plenty of guides how to do it with slightly different module, but i assume the HW inside should be the same:
