Music server cannot reach internet

Hello!


The issue with the music server is that it cannot reach internet to listen online radios or spotify.

What I’ve done is – I have a TP-Link router, WAN is connected to internet and there are 2 cables going to LAN – miniserver and music server.

If I connect to the router with laptop, I can access internet and I can also upload audio files to music server from this wifi connection as it is explained in music server manual.
If I make a connection like this: \\[IP address]\audio

I have set fixed IP like that:


Otherwise the music server is working fine and playing mp3 files that I’ve uploaded there.
It just wont connect to web, altough the connection is there with laptop.

Sorry, I’m not good with networking so maybe you have any hints in mind that help me solve this issue.
Also if you have any questions about something I didnt mention, please ask.

Please try setting up the musicserver through dhcp - does this solve the issue?
Otherwise it would be good if you can do a traceroute, mtr or something like that to check where the issue comes from (you need shell access to the musicserver for that).
