Loxone Supply & Backup - packet loss after connection

Hello,
I've got a fresh new Loxone Supply & Backup and after the connection to my loxone system, it is acting strangely. I was thinking, that I will continue with my tree link connection next to RGBW Dimmer.


Unfortunately, after a while, my loxone generated an error message with the "authentication failed"


During the investigation, I found a lot of packet losses generated by this device

I tried also the connection to Tree extension directly, tried multiple cables and connectors , but with the same results.

I also tried the direct connection with Tree connector on Miniserver, but the device was not visible at all.

Please, does anyone have any idea, what can be the issue? Is it possible, that the device can be faulty?

So, the issue is resolved. The source of errors were caused by "not connected negative" with other power supplys.
