Nope, I managed (quite easily) to set up OpenHAB and connect it to Loxone. OpenHAB _does_ have an Alexa skill. So now I can say "Alexa, light on!" - lo and behold, lights go on
I promised a wiki page, which I will do as soon as I have time. In short:
1) set up OpenHUB
2) set up Loxone (just enable the addon!)
3) create devices manually (less trivial, via config files)
4) connect to myopenhab.org
5) set up AlexaKommentar

Yes, blinds support is quite limited, and (I think) there's no scene support. For me, I can only do "set XYZ blinds to 100" but cannot do "close XYZ blinds" or similar. Easy to workaround by adding a virtual switch in Loxone that controls some blinds, and say "Alexa, darkness on" -- or similar. That's good enough and has quite some coolness value.Kommentar

We find it great that you're setting up your Smart Home - exciting times ahead :-)
We know how it feels when you're trying to configure everything and make it work... and sometimes it takes a while. We had to brainstorm a lot to provide our users with natural commands for blinds - up/down.
Anyhow, if you are not our user maybe we can help with this advice - when using Alexa, you could create a Routine in the Alexa app. Usually you can define the commands to use there and also select the percentage.
