Loxone and HikVision ColorVu

Hello,
i have a problem with connetcing Loxone with HikVision ColorVu version of camera.
With normal there is no problem - working good, Not best because sometimes picture is not load and need 5 times to be right,

Someone solved problem with another adress for camera ColorVu?
http://xxx:65001/ISAPI/streaming/cha...02/httppreview by NVR
or

http://1xxx:00/ISAPI/streaming/channels/102/httppreview

working only with normal type of camera.

admittadley I’ve not tried with a colourvu but I have one at the office and can test/try and triage the issue with you if the attached doc in the above link doesn’t solve the issue for you. Im on my phone and just replying as I spotted this post but not reminded myself of the detail or checked the url strings vs yours but will look fully when in the office tomorrow morning

Hello, thanks for reply.
yes, i saw these informations. That why all other cameras working. But this one... won't. Even on http doesn't work. So simply it must be wrong adress. ID channels doesnt change anything.
