is Loxberry compatibility to Raspberry pi 4B? And if so, what other requirments do i need to have once installing the loxberry into raspberry pi and connect it to loxone (any loxone extensions)?

Sure, it is. Just install DietPi and then loxberry.
Works flawlessly.
