Dont who is "Jurk"... Any errors during installation? Logfile? Can you reach the TinyTuya WebUI? Logfiles in Debug Mode when starting the bridge?

When I open WebUI, it starts in a new broser 192.168.5.39:8888 but page doesn't exist. how do I check logfile in debug mode?
when I check Ajax log -> some red lines.

Open a Remote Support Connection and send me a PM with the URL and your loxberry and root passwords. I will have a look.

Seems that the software will not run on the (very old) python version on LoxBerry 2.2. So please use LoxBerry 3.0 to run the plugin. I fixed a bug regarding a needed python library in Version 1.0.2, so it should run now (again) on LoxBerry 3.

Hello,
first, thank you for this plugin. I was using it successfully and then I bought a new RaspBerry and did a new installation (LoxBerry v3.0.0.6). I installed the plugin (v1.0.2), set it up the same way I did it before for the previous installation. However, now I see all devices as offline and there is no data. The bridge is running, it's connected, in the logfile, I can see the following:

[Loaded devices.json - 7 devices]

but also:

DEBUG [18/Dec/23 11:14:04]: Discovered Devices: 0

Would you have any hint what to do or what to try? Thank you...

EDIT: After I sent this message, I checked the network setting and I realized that I placed the new LoxBerry into a different VLAN. After moving the devices to the same VLAN, everything is again working as expected. If anyone else is facing such an issue - check the network settings!

Hi,
ich hab leider auch das Problem bei meinem LB 3, dass ich "Bridge not running" bekomme, obwohl ich im wizard.log sogar schon mein Device (Tannenbaum-Lichterkette) mit Werten reinbekomme.

Die TinyTuya WebUI lässt sich aber nicht starten und es kommen keine Werte am MQTT Broker an.
Anbei meine Logs.
Bin über jeden Tipp dankbar.

Ich hab in meiner Angst die PluginVersion 1.0.1 drübergebügelt -> selber fehler
Danach hab ich wieder auf die 1.0.2 upgedatet und jetzt läuft es.

Hi just tied version 1.0.2 and same issue like 1.0.1 instalittion failed on Rush

Loxberry version is 3.0.0.6 (but is upgraded from 2.x).

Any ideas?

I do not support V2.2.2.2 anymore due to lack of time. If you need the plugin, make a fresh V3.0 installation from DietPi image.

Habe heute über Nacht meinen Loxberry von 2.2.2 auf 3.0 hochgezogen, seit dem will das Tuya Plugin nicht mehr.
Bridge Not Running etc...
Gibt es denn keinen Workaround das Plugin weiter zu verwenden ohne jetzt einen kompletten Loxberry 3.0 neu auf zusetzen...?

Was sagt denn das Log im Debug Modus? Probiert das Plugin noch einmal neu zu installieren? So und ohne Infos kann man dir nicht helfen.

Ok, da gibt es ein Problem mit Python auf dem Raspbian (ich wusste schon, warum wir auf DietPi gewechselt sind...). Egal, bitte baue mal eine Verbidnung über das Remote Support Widget auf und schicke mir eine PN mit der URL und Deinem loxberry- und Root-Passwort und der SecurePIN. Dann versuche ich mal mein Glück das zu reparieren.

dizzy85 So, sollte jetzt laufen - muss aber noch konfiguriert werden. Wenn das dann bei Dir funktioniert, würde ich eine neue Version releasen. Es haben sich ein paar Abhängigkeiten geändert, an denen er sich bei der Installation verschluckt hat.

Hallo Prof.Mobilux, leider habe ich bei der Installation des Plugins auch das Problem, dass der Rust Compiler nicht gefunden werden kann. Gibt es hierfür eine Lösung? Danke im Voraus!
