ich weiß nicht, ob es bekannt ist und ob es geändert werden kann:

In den Mailer Settings kann kein Passwort mit "!" eingegeben werden. Dies ergibt eine rote Fehlermeldung:

SMTP-Passwort muss eingetragen werden. (A-Z, a-z, 0-9, _, ?, , +, -, ., :, -, @)

kannst du das (irgendwann mal) hinzufügen?


edit: auch bei anderen Passwortfeldern so (MS Zugang z.B.)

AirPlay läuft synchron mit externen Zonen, UPnP nicht.

danke für die Info, dass war mir gar nicht so bewusst. Also gibt es ja doch (auch) einen Vorteil Airplay statt UPnP zu benutzten.

Ein Mischbetrieb (Airplay und UPnP) ist aber ohne weiteres möglich, oder?

Mein externes Setup würde ich dann wie folgt aufbauen:

Wohnzimmer > Airplay-fähiger AV-Receiver > Einbindung via Airplay
Esszimmer > Sonos 5 > Einbindung via Airplay (da Synchron mit Wohnzimmer gewünscht)
Bad und Büro > Sonos One bzw. Sonos Move > Einbindung via UPnP, da Bedienung am Gerät wichtiger als Gruppenbildung

Oh no, es ist natürlich die erste Zone betroffen, die ich von UPnP auf Airplay umstellen müsste.

Kannst du evtl. als FeatureRequest aufnehmen, dass man jede beliebige Zone löschen kann?

Hi! I have installed DietPi v8.19.1 on Raspberry PI 4B and followed ms4h installation manual. bash install script throws an error "OS not supported !!". Am I doing something wrong? Should I install an older version of DietPi? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

@I have examined install script and I can see that current DietPi version runs on Debian 12, which is not covered by script OS check. I will try to install ms4h on Debian 12, if something doesn't work I will revert to Debian 11 release.

I think currently Logitech Media Server doesn't support bookworm, I have downloaded the newest dietpi version but built on bullseye. Installation still failed on LMS URL resolve, which I was able to solve by hardcoding LMS wget URL, but know it fails on Apache configuration

Many Things have changed again with Debain 12, I have created a new Version and test it at the moment.
If everything goes well with the tests I upload it today.

Ich habe im Handbuch gelesen, dass es möglich sein sollte, sich als AudioServer mit dem MS4H zu verbinden. Allerdings habe ich auch gelesen, dass dies in der v2 möglich wäre. Ist dieses Handbuch eine Vorbereitung für eine zukünftige Version 2 oder sollte dies in der neuesten Beta-Version 1.5.6.2 möglich sein?

Das bedeutet das man das WebUI des AudioServer in der Loxone App nutzen kann.
Aktuell geht ja nur das des "älteren" MusikServer.

Du fügst in der Config dann einen AudioServer anstatt eines MusikServer ein, und kannst die Bausteine dann so nutzen.
