internal players stopped at bootup

i have 8 internal zones and some of them are stopped when the system reboots
i dont know why some are running and some are not - is there a setting for internal zones that says start at boot?

all the internal zones have autostart set to 1, but this doesnt seem to work for some zones

i7 dell laptop, 8gb ram 512gb ssd
2 x 8ch cls usb sound cards, laptop internal sound card disabled via blacklist
8 internal zones, 8 external zone logitech radios and duets
all external zones connected to a 6x2 dayton audio 60w/ch amp

all zones work fine, but after a reboot around 1/2 are stopped, 1/2 are started - all zones are set to autostart
the zones start after i click on the start button in the web interface, but why dont they autostart?

If you start it by hand they work normal?

try to use zone name without a space use eg _

For testing set all autostarts to 0
After reboot go to terminal and type sc autostart an post a screenshot

yes if start them by hand they all work fine
i removed all the spaces in the zone names and they all autostart properly now

I have written that in the Start-Thread (in german for sure) that at the moment spaces or special characters not work all over the system. In a internal version I work on thats and hopefully I can put that in one of the next versions. But it's not on highest priority.

Servus, ist zwar ein etwas älterer Thread, aber es passt zu meiner "Problemstellung":
Meine Hardware ist gleich der Empfehlung (Beispiel-Konfig) von Hismastervoice.

Grundsätzlich funktioniert auch alles super. Ich hatte nun nach unserm Urlaub den Nuc wieder eingeschaltet, hatte aber keine Player mehr. Hat etwas gedauert, bis ich dahinter gekommen bin, dass die beiden USB-Soundkarten anderen Devices zugeordnet waren. Das hab ich umgestellt, danach konnte ich die Player auch iweder starten.

Lässt es sich vermeiden, dass bei Boot die USB-Karten (oder Anschlüsse) anderen Devices zugeordnet werden? Also auf Linux-Basis?
Hat da jemand einen Link für eine Anleitung. Mir fehlt die Idee der "Such-Begriffe" - wobei ich auch Vorschläge für Suchbegriffe nehme :-)

Die Soundkarten haben leider keine Serial, und es ist somit schwer das ganze zuzuordnen.
Das ganze sollte aber max. einmal nach dem installieren und einem erneuten hochfahren passieren und dann nie wieder.

Das kann ich nicht zu 100 % sagen. Ich hatte ähnliche Problematik schon einmal, nachdem wir im Sommerurlaub waren. Damals kam mir der Gedanke aber nicht. Nach mehrmaligen EIN und AUS schalten ließen sich die Player starten. Vielleicht hängt es mit dem Update zusammen? Ich hatte das mal darauf gezogen und danach nicht neu gestartet...

Ich tüddel nachher mal ein wenig rum und schaue, ob ich das reproduzieren kann. Gebe dann Feedback

my system has gone back to not auto-starting on boot or reboot again, now running the lastest ms4lox version but it stopped auto-starting before the update.

nothing has changed, same hardware, usb card, same virtual players, players with no spaces or odd characters

ive re-saved the player settings but it didnt help

after a reboot, the lms server, t5 server, squeeze2lox, power and virtual players need to be manually started but then everything works as expected
any ideas?
