I just bought a Loxone Miniserver a few days ago. I will renovate soon my entire flat and wanted to use this solution, which I've been following since some time ago
. I'm also planning to use a LoxBerry to provide weather data and a fake Loxone music server (yes, more on that later).
To experiment a bit with LoxBerry plugins, I created my own weather plugin (simple weather service). I'm aware of Weather4Loxone (which is an awesome plugin!), But wanted to create something simpler, that worked out-of-the-box with the Loxone GUI, and using JS, which is a well known language and has a lot of community built around it. I haven't created yet a page for it (will do that once I get some spare time), but if you want to try it out, there's a release in here. Lots of stuff pending (auto-upgrades, automated releases, e etc.) but at least it's a starting point. All feedback is welcome!
My next step is to create an emulator of a music service that enables using the native Loxone Music Server interface. My plan is to set up the LoxBerry in a way that mimics a Music Server, and bring all actions made in the UI back to the Miniserver as virtual inputs in the Loxone config, but that's topic for another thread.
