Hi all.
This is my first post on this forum although I've already regularly checked it the last couple of years since I've fully installed Loxone at my newly built house myself. So let me first thank you all for this great forum which is really the best support we have online after Loxone decided to kill the official forum they had.
I've only recently started using the push notifications function of Loxone however and the online documententation available doesn't seem to help me.
I've used loxone config to create a number of push notifications which work fine on my iPad and also on my Android phone. One easy example is a warning when I leave the light on in certain rooms for a certain amount of time. On my wife's Android phone however, these notifcations are not coming through. And when I look at the settings of her Loxone app I see that the push notifications are off which is probably the reason why this happens. But I have no idea on how to turn them on. In Dutch I receive an error message that says "push-notifications can only be activated through the gateway miniserver itself". But according to me they are since it works on my phone/ipad. Strangely enough I am also not able to disable the notificiations on my phone for some reason (so from on to off).
Can anybody point me in the right direction?
