I'm having a problem with my Climate Controller / IRCv2 setup.
The loxone helpdesk told me to contact my installer, but I'm the installer ;-)
I have the following problem:
I have setup my climate controller in Mode 1, which means that it should only be able to heat (see picture).
I do this because, I don't want loxone to automatically switch my heat pump (air - water) from heating to cooling mode, I will set this up manually 2 times a year).
But even so, the Qc (cooling output) is active...
And also on my IRCv2 blocks (which are controlled by the same climate controller), the HC1 output, which I am using for my tree valve actuators, are also active (see picture).
This is not what I expected, and it screws up my regulation.
I can of course use H1 and C1 of the IRC's and throw in some logic together with the Qm (-1 = cooling, 1 = heating), but it's an ugly solution.
Loxone support told me to delete all blocks, and start from scratch, but still the same.
One more nasty thing, which I think is a bug, is the following.
The HC1 output should always be between 0..10 as in the documentation, but sometimes I get higher values. (eg 30, in picture).
I sum all these HC1 values, which in fact corelate to the valve openings, so I can use this total total valve opening value.
I use this value so I can demand heat from my heat-pump only when there is a minimum opening.
If I don't do this, I get the following:
Loxone asks for heat to the pump
My pump tries to deliver the heat, but cannot because there is to small valve opening.
My pump goes in "water flow error" state...
Any suggestions, or am I understanding this climate controller mode wrongly?
BTW: the rest of my system works perfectly, and I'm a happy loxone customer ;-).
Regards,
Tim
