    Authentication Issue

    Hi All,

    I can't seem to be able to log in to Miniserver with my username and password. The issue is intermittent and began after recent update 11.1.9.14. I have not changed the username or password at all. Few weeks back I could not connect Miniserver through ethernet port at all and support team could not help except advising to buy the new Gen 2 Miniserver.
    There surely is a problem with recent software releases. Is anyone else having this issue?
    The Miniserver is functioning fine otherwise, I just cannot log into user interface through the app or windows configuration software.

    I got the same issue, just reset the password in Loxone config (to the same password) and it should work again.

      Florian Please tell your Support team, that saying to buy a new Miniserver is not the solution for that kind of problems. This is really poor response. Seems there are missing some quality measures for Support responses besides response time and quantity.

        I also had some dissapointing answers from the support team on specific questions. Just getting general answers most of the time...

          Yes, the support team is very unprofessional and feels badly trained.
          In the past they have only received general answers to many of my questions,
          although I have provided sufficient information, logs, etc.
          Unfortunately, I don't understand the philosophy of the support team.
          They have to learn a lot of, how support works professional well.
          The support should represent the company as its best.
