Loxon and ModBus TCP (bit mask)

Good afternoon everyone!
I connected 20 analog input signals via ModBus TCP.
The state of the inputs is read only at one address of the register of all input states. the information goes in a bit mask.

Example: if input #1 is enabled, value = 1, if input #5 is enabled, value = 16. If input #1 and 5 are enabled, the value = 1+16=17. Question: How do I explain to Loxone so that he sees each input individually whether it is enabled or not...?
