    Home Connect washing machine offline and incorrect status

    Hi everybody

    I'm hoping someone can help me or is experiencing the same problems.

    I have multiple Home Connect devices from Bosch en Siemens. I've programmed them to switch on when there's enough sun, etc.

    This works quit well expect for the washing machine (a Bosch model) I know you have to turn it on, select your program and press the 'start remotely' button. My machine is most of the time offline, even when it's online in the Home Connect app, and when it's online it doesn't input the correct status. I use the same logic and programming for my dishwasher and don't experience any trouble here. Anyone has a solution or is encountering the same issues? Thanks

    Update: the status problem is also occurring with the dishwasher. Seems like a Home Connect integration problem.

      Just got our new kitchen and while some devices are still missing because they are out of stock, I have 2 Bosch Home Connect devices: Dishwasher and oven.

      I can confirm that I too have problems with identifying the correct values of the analog inputs.

      The Home coonect app on the mobile phone works correctly, but in Loxone the values don´t get changed correctly... sometimes it works - but most of the time nothing gets changed in Loxone Live view.

      I´m a new HomeConnect user, but I guess thats not how it is supposed to be...

        I'm having the same issues. Seems to me it's a Loxone or Home Connect problem. If I'm correct, Home Connect is relatively new (sep 2021) so the bugs will eventually be fixed

        Short version: Loxone seems to have fixed the issue. Since Monday the status updates are now working fine. I´m getting the TTS when the dishwasher is ready for exampel, the remaining time is also displayed correctly within Loxone visualization.

        Does it work for you, too?

        Long verrsion: When I opened the ticket, Loxone first said that they don´t know about any problem with HomeConnect. Guess they don´t have employees which use HomeConnect themselves...
        I had to install beta version of MiniServer Software to test if the problem persists - it did ;-).
        Then they asked every day another question (which I things I also wrote when opening the ticket). After about a week they magically realised that they have several customers complaining about the same problem. They then told me they don´t need any more information from me and will contact me again as soon as the problem is fixed -> didn´t hear a thing from them since.
        Overall a very unlucky handling of the ticket...

      Hi. I can confirm things have improved but are far from perfect. The dishwasher seems to start on a Loxone commando, status updates are much better. The status from my washing machine is still a mess. This is maybe harder to update cause you always have to select “start remotely” on the machine.

      I’ve addressed the issue with Loxone Benelux and they forwarded it to Austria. I’m guessing we’re not the only 2 people with this problem.

      Let’s hope it keeps improving

        I still have Problems with my washing machine status over Loxone. In the home connect app it is shown correctly. Any suggestions?
