First connection

Hi all I´m newbie with loxone. Just got my first miniserver but I can´t get connection.
I´ve tried with two different laptops, one with win7 and another with xp. Both using avast antivirus.
Miniserver connected to wifi router via ethernet cable. Laptops connected wirelessly to router.
One with win7 finds the miniserver but when trying "Connect" or "Initial setup" nothing happens. Another with xp doesn´t find the miniserver at all.
I´ve readen troubleshoots and tried to find solution but nothing helps.
I uninstalled Avast but it didn´t help.
Made direct connection from miniserver to laptop by ethernet cable but it didn´t help.

I´m glad if anybody could help me with connection.

Did you read the Loxone Miniserver setup dokumtation?

Hi romildo,
yes that was the first thing. Did everything according to document and after that I went through the troubleshoot quide.

Is there an additional device in use or only the MS?
What shows the LED?

Only a miniserver. Led on top is flashing green. At LAN port green is constant and amber is flashing.

Is it possible to conect the MS via Browser

Now I got the first connection with win7 laptop.
I was not able to connect via browser either, but I went to lox config-maintenance-configure device- and there I changed it to "use automatic network configuration"
then after MS reboot the IP address was changed and I was able to connect. Lets see if the xp laptop works as well
