Can't start search in Air Monitor

I know this must be something really simple but I can't figure out what is going on. I'm using Loxone Config 7.4.4.14, I have an Air Base and several devices that I can see are working when using live view. I want to add a couple more devices so I click on the Air Base in the config, check Start and Display Air Monitor but the Start Search button remains greyed out. What am I doing wrong?

In order to learn in the Remote Air with your Loxone Smart Home you need to activate the Air Monitor. Click on the Air Base extension in the periphery window and then in the context bar at the top check the tick box 'Monitor'.



Next, in the monitor below click on the Learn tab and then click the "Start search" button. Now you will see all the Air devices that are in the learning mode below.

Hi, I had the same problem today. Even with 'Monitor' checked, the 'Start Search' remained greyed out.
I did a Miniserver Firmware update (under maintenance); this seemed to resolve the issue for me,
