Need help with Loxone

Hello,

I bought a new house with an integrated loxone system. Unfortunately either due to bad management or the latest update our system is super faulty. I can't get an installer quick enough to address all the problems, so I was hoping for some help with the biggest problems.

My window blinds have a) altered measurements resulting in some not closing fully or others appearing as only partially closed even when completely down. An b) we don't always want them to have the automatic shading on, but even when we turn it off it automatically reactivates every couple of hours.

Moreover, my intercom won't come online ,so we really have no idea when someone is at the door unless they knock.

Obviously the blinds are a bigger problem as they just roll at random times waking up our 6mo baby .

I am going through the introduction webinars myself but I work full time and usually 2 weekends during the month so getting a good grasp on Config. is taking some time.

Any kind of help would be appreciated. Thank you

Maybe this is the "problem" that there is no reference run any more in the direction "down".
When the Miniserver thinks the blinds are completely closed - there is no way to get them down.

Possible solution - open the blinds completele, so that the miniserver gets the correct state.
