problem with Intrusion detections

i have problem with my security intrusion system,
when i enable ID system on loxone with mobile APP the alem goes ON, khnowing no body at home.

i have this message error on my mobile APP

2 AI with error CUISINE+ Port Principal



i need help please

i can share my config if this can help to fix the problem.
