Recently my Loxone wallbox was installed by my electrician. The Loxone configuration is the part that I did myself.
The wallbox is working perfectly. I can choose between solar, full power or comfort charging using the spot optimizer and when using the spot optimizer my car is fully charged when I wake up using the lowest hour prices.
But I have a weird thing going on regarding the reporting.
For example : yesterday I got home with a battery status on my car at about 45% so I plugged in the car. I was set for comfort mode so using the spot optimizer and so I did start charging around 00am until 5am this morning. The car shows now a charge state of 90%
However, when I check the Wallbox screen in the loxone app it shows '"Energy charged 4,4kwh" and when I check the Loxone energymeter, that has been installed in the wallbox between the breaker and the wallbox I see 44,4kwh of used energy what is correct regarding the soc when I plugged in and the soc where the car is at after completing charging.
I have setup a test using the occp connector to the ecarup platform as it sends out a nice report at the end of the month with all charges listed on it but it just reports the same wrong used energy totals as I see on the wallbox itself.
So I have no idea how to fix this really. Regarding the configuration everything checks out. When the wallbox is charging and I enable live view in the configurator I can see the power it's delivering and the power it is using but somehow it is reporting the wrong numbers as it doen't correspond with the usage I see on the energymeter that is in between.
Is there anyone who can think of something ? Or should I just open a support ticket ?
