Miniserver Gen1 backup config or firmware update without config password

Hello,

I would like to ask if anyone knows if it's even possible to take a backup of Miniserver Gen1 SD Card or update the firmware without the config password. Current firmware version is v10, so cannot reset config password.

Backup should be possible - use Config v10 for that. https://www.loxone.com/enen/support/downloads-archive/

Firmware update is not possible without password. You can open a support ticket and let Loxone help you to reset the password.
