    Loxone loses connection and erases the file off of the SD card

    Hi guys,

    really hoping to get some advice from you on the following matter:
    our Loxone has shown this behaviour twice now. Out of nowhere the Web interface shows the message "the availability of the server is being checked" (Erreichbarkeit des Miniservers wird überprüft) than Loxone MS starts blinking read and orange. Web interface and App show completely nothing.
    The method that helps to put everything bak to live is to pull the power supply out of Loxone MS as well as its connectivity supply to the extensions. Than, when we pull out the SD card out of the MS and there is nothing on it. The card was empty both times. Luckily, we have an extra card with a config file on it. We put this extra card in, plug the power supply back in, wait a little, then plug in the connectivity to the extensions and then we can again establish a connection with the MS and have our apps and Web interface functioning again.

    Before these two cases happened we haven't really noticed any type of weird MS behaviour, nothing disturbing or anything like it.

    Please, if anyone has any ideas or had similar problems, let me know what helped you.

    Have you already tried to push the firmware back on it?

      Hi! what exactly do you mean by new firmware? we changed the SD card to a completely new one. don't know yet if it will give us further stability.

    this kind of behaviour usually seems to be a failing or bad sd card.
    ive replaced mine with a lexar 633x 32gb card which has behaved impeccably for around a year now with multiple upgrades/reflashes

      thanks for the tip! that was also our first guess, so we are now using a totally new card..we'll have to see if it solves the problem.
