Interfacing Loxone to a KoolNova heating control system

Does anyone have any experience with KoolNova control systems. I am currently doing an install for a new build and the HVAC system is coontrolled using KoolNova products. There is a Samsung heat pump that provides the hot water, heating and cooling for the house. The heating is underfloor, using A KoolNova underfloor heating module. Not too sure about the AC side at the moment other than its a central type and both systems are controlled by a KoolNova Cronos Cable 100-TCS001 Touch screen unit.
So any ideas, before I have my meeting with the HVAC guy sometime next week.
